Account Manager (North America)

Join FareHarbor, a leading online booking platform for tours and activities. As an Account Manager for North America, you will optimize the client experience, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. You will manage client inquiries, oversee projects, and become an expert on FareHarbor and industry trends. Key performance indicators include client growth, quality communication, and retention. Ideal candidates are problem solvers, organized, and have experience in the tourism or SaaS industry.

• Optimizing the FareHarbor client experience by addressing inbound requests and strategically suggesting changes.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure adoption and retention of the FareHarbor platform.
• Identifying and implementing strategic opportunities for client growth across your portfolio, prioritizing high-value accounts.

• Comfortable suggesting changes and offering solutions to reach FareHarbor and client goals
• Ability to synthesize information and provide clear direction and/or examples
• Proven ability to keep organized and prioritize workload
