Demand Planning Lead

Join our team as a Demand Planning Lead in Houston, TX. In this role, you will support the North America BU's growth strategy and oversee all supply chain initiatives related to demand planning, forecasting, inventories, and S&OP planning. You will lead the monthly S&OP process, develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, define and manage inventory strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. A bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, economics, engineering, or a related field is required, along with 8+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain.

• Lead the monthly S&OP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment, timely decision-making, and clear communication of risks and opportunities.
• Define and manage inventory strategies, including safety stock policies and ABC segmentation, and drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, tools, and methodologies, and collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and key customers.
