• Contributing to the creation and development of webinars for technical product and Motul concept training sessions.
• Conducting online training and providing consultation to customers and dealers, and supporting the creation of technical content for marketing purposes.
• Providing technical consulting and support to sponsorship and brand ambassador teams, and handling warranty and goodwill processes together with customers and suppliers.
