Growth Manager (US to Nigeria)

About The Role
Join LemFi, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Growth Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence in African communities in the United States. You will develop and execute user acquisition strategies, engage with the community, build partnerships, conduct market research, and act as a brand ambassador for LemFi. This position requires significant travel across the U.S. and a deep understanding of the Nigerian community.
- Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies tailored to Nigerian ex-pat communities in the US, owning growth targets for assigned markets.
- Build and expand LemFi’s community network by networking with local leaders, partners, and organizations, setting up meetings and agreeing sponsorship for existing community events.
- Conduct ongoing market research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences, providing actionable insights to Product and Marketing teams.

- Independent Operator: Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in a remote working environment
- Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of experience in fast-paced environments, with a background in growth, sales, or marketing
- Community Expertise: Deep understanding of teh Nigerian community in the United States
