Senior Growth Manager (UK Chinese Community)
Lemfi · London, United Kingdom
About The Role
Join LemFi, a fast-growing fintech company focused on serving diaspora communities. As a Senior Growth Manager for the UK Chinese community, you will drive user acquisition, build community operations, and represent LemFi at events and trade shows. You will work closely with various teams and be accountable for real acquisition numbers. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Chinese diaspora communities in the UK, strong analytical skills, and experience in growth, sales, or marketing roles.
- Proven ability to build partnerships and community relationships from scratch and turn them into measurable, sustained growth outcomes
- Self-directed operator who has worked in the field or remotely without close oversight and consistently delivered - you don't need a playbook handed to you
- Excellent communicator who can command a room at a community event and write a sharp partnership proposal the same day
- 5 or more years in growth, sales, or marketing roles in fast-paced environments, with a clear track record of hitting ambitious acquisition or revenue targets
- Deep, lived understanding of Chinese diaspora communities in the UK - culturally fluent and genuinely embedded, not just academically aware
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable interrogating campaign and dashboard data, drawing conclusions quickly, and adjusting strategy without waiting for someone else to tell you what the numbers mean
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the UK, including occasional weekends
- Experience in fintech, remittances, or financial services - especially products designed for immigrant or diaspora communities
- An existing, warm network within Chinese diaspora communities in the UK
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools for content creation, market research, and performance analysis
