Senior Product Designer

Join our team as a Senior Product Designer, where you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process for our enterprise products. You will translate complex challenges into intuitive interfaces, balancing user needs with business goals. Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, you will create scalable design systems that enhance efficiency and build trust in data-driven enterprise institutions. You will conduct user research, deliver high-fidelity designs, and iterate quickly based on feedback. • Posséder le processus de conception de bout en bout pour les produits d'entreprise, en traduisant les défis ambigus en interfaces intuitives et percutantes.
• Collaborer avec les ingénieurs, les chefs de produit et les parties prenantes pour créer des systèmes de conception évolutifs qui améliorent l'efficacité.
• Conduire des recherches et des tests utilisateurs pour informer les décisions de conception et itérer rapidement les idées de conception en réponse aux retours.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong UX/UI portfolio
• Experience solving complex problems with user-centered design principles
• Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
• Preference will be given to candidates who are able to come into the office, located in midtown Manhattan, at least 2 days a week
