• Lead a team dedicated to creating delightful, seamless, and personalized experiences for members.
• Manage one of two engineering teams focused on subscriber acquisition and activation, overseeing technical planning and project delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver work that supports both customer needs and business goals.
• Bonus: Experience working in e-commerce/fashion or B2C subscriptions at scale
• You’re a clear, thoughtful communicator who values empathy and collaboration
• You have a strong command of best practices, design patterns, and system architecture tradeoffs
