About The Role

Join Rent the Runway as an Executive Assistant, providing critical support to the executive team. You will manage their calendars, act as a liaison with key business partners, and support communication and organization.   • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison with key business partners, including high-level executives and business leaders, and represent the RTR brand professionally.
  • Support communication, organization, and general business needs, including creating and maintaining documents, folders, and filing systems.

  • To be successful in this role, you must be able to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast paced environment, juggle lots of projects and deadlines at once, and have a proven track record of excellence in a similar work environment
  • Proficiency in corporate Gmail and Google Docs preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of prior administrative experience supporting c-level executives
  • Must be forward thinking and constantly one step ahead
  • Extreme attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Must be able to appropriately handle confidential information and use best judgment for sharing information
  • Relevant work experience in a startup, e-commerce and/or technology based company preferred, or company with similar pace and structure
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and demonstrate ability to juggle multiple competing tasks, deadlines, personalities, long and short term projects, etc
  • Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations; continually demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization including senior executives, board members, etc
