Commercial Account Executive - SMB - (French/English)

Join CoderPad, the global leader in the technical interview space, as a Commercial Account Executive - SMB. In this remote role based in Ireland, you will own a high-volume book of SMB accounts and drive net-new revenue through short sales cycles. You will work with inbound leads, conduct discovery calls and product demos, maintain CRM hygiene, and partner with customer success and renewals teams. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of closing experience, some outbound prospecting experience, and fluency in English and French.

• Gérer un portefeuille de comptes SMB à volume élevé (ARR de 5k à 10k €) et générer des revenus nets sur des cycles de vente courts.
• Travailler sur des leads entrants et des inscriptions à des essais gratuits, ainsi que sur des prospections ciblées.
