About The Role

Join EMJ, a company dedicated to elevating healthcare globally. As an Internal Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, proactively source candidates, assess their skills and behaviors, partner with hiring managers, and improve recruitment processes. You will also lead and support recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in 360 recruitment, a growth mindset, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. The position is based in London with a hybrid working pattern.

**What You’ll Do**

  • **Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle**

: Oversee all stages of recruitment, from taking job briefs to managing offers.

  • We don’t just rely on adverts. We want Recruiters

  • ho are proactive sourcers. You’ll focus on outreach, build relationships across networks, and constantly look for new ways to find A-players.
  • **Candidate Assessment:**

Conduct effective video interviews, assessing skills and behaviours against role requirements, and identify high-potential candidates who align to our values.

  • **Partner with Hiring Managers**

: Collaborate to define ideal candidate profiles, align expectations, advise on market insights, and support hiring managers in making confident, high-quality decisions.

Provide an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a respectful, human process for every applicant.

**Who You Are**

  • **Recruitment Experience**

: you are experienced in 360 recruitment, with a focus on candidate assessment and experience. Knowledge of recruiting roles in publishing, would be an added bonus.

8.30am – 5pm, Monday - Friday

£35,000

London/Moorgate office

  • **Working pattern:**

Hybrid, 3 days in the office (5 days in the office during probation)

To support your training and development during your initial three-month probation, this period will be fully office-based, five days a week. Following this, we anticipate a regular office presence of at least three days a week to maintain collaboration and team connection.
