About The Role

  • Définir et posséder la métrique de succès principale, le taux de conversion des inscriptions, et optimiser la qualité des inscriptions.

  • Ownership mentality - you proactively identify gaps, propose solutions, and follow through. You don’t need a playbook to get started
  • Customer psychology instincts - you think about why users behave the way they do, not just what they do
  • Urgency and scrappiness: experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments where speed matters and you figure things out yourself
  • 6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on conversion funnel optimization, growth, or registration/onboarding in a consumer-facing product

  • A proven experimentation track record - you’ve run high-velocity experiment programs (4+/month) and know how to design, call, and sequence tests for maximum learning
  • Deep comfort with funnel analytics: you should be ready to pull your own data, know your way around SQL or BI tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker), and can distinguish signal from noise
  • Executive presence: you communicate up and across clearly, adapt your message to your audience, and don’t wait to be asked for updates
  • Familiarity with KYC, identity verification, or regulated financial product flows
  • Experience with mobile or app-based registration and onboarding flows
  • Experience working in a subscription or freemium model with a focus on trial-to-paid conversion
