Senior Full Stack Product Engineer

Join Haddock as a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer. In this role, you will take full ownership of your work, architect technical solutions, build backend and frontend code, engineer AI workflows, and manage your own projects. You will work in small mission-oriented squads and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and tools. • Architect technical solutions and build backend and frontend code, with a focus on backend development.
• Engineer AI workflows, balancing latency, cost, and accuracy, and contribute to the development of AI-driven features.
• Take ownership of project management, rolling out initiatives to customers, and tracking user interactions.
• 👉 Very good use of AI tooling: you have developed good judgement (criterio) when using IA and are very productive with it
• 👉 Experience in microservice environments
• ⭐️ You'll stand out if you've already built AI workflows for production, because at haddock we already have 15+ AI workflows in production and that number is just going to keep growing
• 👉 5+ years of engineering experience in scaling SaaS companies
• 👉 Fluent in Spanish and comfortable in English. We tend to speak in Spanish at the office and in Slack, and write documentation and projects in English
• 👉 Product Engineering experience: end-to-end from ideation, infrastructure, backend, frontend, testing, etc. because we aren't "factory developers", we are engineers of digital products responsible for outcomes, not for implementing requirements
