• Lead the technical charge for SOC 2 Type 2 compliance and institutional-grade security.
• Serve as the technical lead for architectural reviews with Microsoft’s Azure engineering team.

• **Deterministic Mindset:** You hate "approximate" math. You identify race conditions and state issues that others ignore.
• **Institutional Rigor:** Experience building or maintaining high-stakes financial infrastructure where "Zero-Error" is the baseline.
• **AI-Native Architecture:** You don't need to build LLMs, but you must be an expert in building the **deterministic infrastructure** that agents rely on (Idempotency, stateless APIs, and hardened data schemas). You leverage AI multipliers to out-produce entire legacy teams.
