Talent Acquisition Specialist (Retail)

• Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento de principio a fin para posiciones en tiendas en mercados globales.
• Definir planes de reclutamiento para asegurar que existan pipelines saludables para todas las vacantes y buscar estratégicamente candidatos en mercados difíciles.
• Colaborar con líderes de retail y HRBP para identificar proactivamente las necesidades de talento y compartir información sobre el mercado.
• Strong organization skills to manage recruitment project trackers and autonomously manage recruitment timelines and communications
• Experience using various TA systems such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter etc
• Experience recruiting in a high volume and repeat role environment
• Ability to own meetings with stakeholders and present information concisely
• Fluency with Boolean search across tools like LinkedIn, Indeed and Applicant Tracking Software- AI Sourcing is a Plus
• Working knowledge of employment law and legislation
