As the Head of Payroll Operations, you will lead our implementation and operations team, ensuring successful customer onboardings, payroll accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will build and manage our payroll operations team, establish and refine processes and policies, and drive operational efficiency. • Lead the implementation and operations team, ensuring successful customer onboardings, payroll accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and refine payroll processes and policies, driving operational efficiency to scale services effectively.
• Hire, train, and manage Payroll operations team members, ultimately responsible for all accuracy and compliance for payroll customers.

• 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, with a strong focus on creating and scaling strong processes
• Ability to effectively problem solve while driving operational efficiency and scaling services effectively
• Strong understanding of payroll and compliances processes, policies, and best practices
• Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams
• Experience working with payroll providers and maintaining vendor relationships
• Ability to interface with end customers and help resolve any issues as they arise
