Marketing and Communications Director

Join our team as the Marketing and Communications Director, where you will be responsible for translating business goals into clear marketing plans and driving revenue growth through brand-led marketing. You will lead the end-to-end Marketing & Communications strategy across the UK and Europe, with a focus on doubling UK performance and accelerating European growth. This hands-on leadership role requires both strategic thinking and operational execution, and you will manage a multi-disciplinary team across Brand, Creative, Campaigns, and Social.

• Lead the development and execution of the end-to-end Marketing & Communications strategy across the UK and Europe, with a focus on doubling UK performance and accelerating European growth.
• Oversee the strategy, testing, and scaling of Above The Line (ATL) marketing activities, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable demand and commercial outcomes.
• Manage the MarCom team, setting clear expectations and supporting team development, including performance management and career progression.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth through brand-led marketing
• Commercially driven, with a clear understanding of how marketing impacts revenue
• Experience managing significant budgets and making investment decisions
• Strong leadership skills with experience improving team performance
• Experience launching and scaling marketing activity across European markets (e.g. Germany, France)
• Deep experience in ATL, including TV and large-scale campaigns
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
• 7+ experience in a senior Marketing, Brand or MarCom leadership role (Director or equivalent) in an international environment
