Franchise Strategy & Operations Manager

Join our team as a Franchise Strategy & Operations Manager, where you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our largest global brands, including CoComelon and Blippi. You will work closely with the General Manager and Associate GMs to set franchise and content plans, evaluate new business opportunities, and manage key cross-functional initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the entertainment industry.

• Support the day-to-day franchise planning and content strategy processes, ensuring all workstreams are aligned with long-term brand goals.
• Assess the global kids’ content landscape to identify and advise the GM and Associate GMs on high-value whitespace opportunities.
• Analyze and recommend new business opportunities, content collaborations, and brand extensions; partner closely with the Brand Partnerships and Consumer Products teams to transition these strategic recommendations into actionable commercial deals.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to look at the "big picture" of a franchise while maintaining rigorous attention to detail
• 3–6 years of experience in strategy or operations within the entertainment industry or at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
• A passion for the business of entertainment and a desire to shape the future of global kids’ franchises
• Proven track record of aligning diverse stakeholders across complex, cross-functional environments
• Proactive project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support and influence a senior leadership team
• Mastery of slide design and financial modeling; you have a proven ability to turn complex data into simple, persuasive narratives
