Solutions Engineers

Join AutoRABIT as a Solutions Engineer, where you will be a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer buying journey. In close partnership with Account Executives, you will contribute to new and expansion revenue by uncovering customer priorities, shaping the solution strategy, and leading the technical work that earns confidence in AutoRABIT. Your work will include discovery, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, technical evaluations, and a disciplined transition to the teams responsible for implementation and adoption.

• A structured approach to technical evaluations and the ability to manage multiple customer engagements, priorities, risks, and follow-up commitments
• Working depth in at least one relevant domain: Salesforce; MuleSoft, APIs, or enterprise integration; software delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, or version control; application and data security; backup and recovery; security posture; or risk and compliance. You are motivated to develop breadth across the others
• A collaborative, accountable working style. You invite feedback, share what you learn, and communicate accurately about what the product can and cannot do
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as presales, solutions consulting, solution architecture, implementation consulting, technical customer success, administration, development, or enterprise delivery. The expected scope and independence will align to level
• Strong discovery, facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills, with the judgment to adapt for technical, business, and executive audiences
• Hands-on Salesforce or MuleSoft experience as an administrator, developer, architect, consultant, integration practitioner, or release practitioner, with relevant certifications
• Modern software delivery practices, including Git, CI/CD, testing, release governance, or application lifecycle management
• Application and data security, static analysis, backup and recovery, security posture, enterprise integrations, or regulated-industry experience

• Fluency in English
