Senior Product Designer

Join Matillion, a leading data productivity platform, as a Senior Product Designer. In this role, you will shape the future of AI-enabled experiences by owning critical product areas, driving strategic design direction, and working at the intersection of AI and data engineering. You will lead end-to-end design, translate complex AI behaviors into intuitive interactions, and partner closely with Product and Engineering teams. • Demonstrable experience designing complex products in fast-paced SaaS environments, with a proven track record of owning and delivering high-impact product areas independently
• Experience working on complex systems, technical workflows or data-heavy products — you're comfortable in the weeds and energised by it
