About The Role

Join our team as a Delivery Lead, where you will guide teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes while maintaining high quality, velocity, and team morale. You will help client stakeholders make informed decisions by turning complex technical challenges into clear narratives and recommendations. As a natural problem solver, you will clear systemic blockers and help teams work more predictably. You will also design decision-making frameworks that align investments with real business value and speed up approval times. This role requires strong expertise in delivery methodologies, empathy for customer-facing software teams, and adaptive leadership skills.

Adaptive Leadership: You're comfortable wearing different hats and adapting your style, helping teams find the silver lining and deliver remarkable work even when things get tough
