About The Role

Join AND as a Solution Director (Data & AI) and lead the growth of our Data & AI business. You will define our go-to-market strategy, build partnerships, and guide delivery through our unique club model. As a trusted advisor to clients, you will design transformative solutions and drive internal capability. You will also shape solutions, drive growth, and inspire your team.

Lead the development and evolution of AND’s Data & AI proposition, partnerships, and thought leadership.
Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, building relationships that uncover client challenges and opportunities.
Translate complex business needs into compelling, value-driven Data & AI solutions, guiding teams to deliver against vision.
Deep expertise across data platforms, AI/ML, cloud architectures, and analytics
Strong problem-solving and design thinking skills
Commercial awareness and a growth mindset
Influential leadership without formal authority
Strategic mindset – able to connect technology to business vision
