Tech Community Coordinator

Join our team as a Tech Community Lead, where you will drive the adoption and development of Practice Areas across the business. You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, coordinate resources and activities, plan and deliver engaging events, manage knowledge-sharing platforms, support learning and development, track engagement and measure success, ensure ISO27001 compliance, and champion a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

• Drive the adoption and ongoing development of Practice Areas across the business, ensuring a consistent approach across all teams.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, supporting Practice Leaders and local communities to achieve their goals.
• Plan and deliver engaging events, including workshops, meet-ups, virtual sessions and hackathons.
