Senior L3 Endpoint & Mobility Engineer M/F

Join our team as a Senior L3 Endpoint & Mobility Engineer. In this role, you will oversee, secure, and architect our global device ecosystem, focusing on platform architecture, enterprise enrollment models, policy design, and fleet automation. You will manage a diverse fleet of devices, design and support enterprise device ownership frameworks, and leverage advanced analytics for compliance reports and automated vulnerability remediations.

• Architect, configure, and maintain the global VMware Workspace ONE UEM environment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Manage a diverse fleet of devices, including Mac, Android, iOS, and specialized hardware, under unified management profiles.
• Design and support enterprise device ownership frameworks, leveraging Workspace ONE Intelligence for advanced analytics and automation.

**Technical Requirements**

• **Core Systems:** Expert-level administration of Workspace ONE (UEM & Intelligence).
• **OS Systems:** Deep understanding of macOS, Chrome OS, iOS, Android Enterprise, and Windows Holographic.
• **Mobility Architecture:** Hands-on experience deploying device profiles, certificates (SCEP), and managing cellular carrier eSIM provisioning.
• **Scripting:** Ability to write and modify deployment scripts (**PowerShell**).
• **Experience:** 10+ years of dedicated enterprise UEM architecture and engineering experience.
