IT Support Intern

Join our team as an IT Support Intern, where you will be the day-to-day IT point of contact for every team. You will provide user support, on-site support in Paris, manage accounts, maintain inventory, ensure device compliance, and improve IT processes. This hands-on internship is ideal for students looking to gain real experience in a modern IT and security environment, with close mentoring and the potential for a permanent role.

• Assurer le support utilisateur en gérant les demandes via le système de billetterie, en diagnostiquant et en résolvant les incidents matériels et logiciels.
• Participer à l'intégration et à la désintégration des employés en préparant et en configurant l'équipement, en créant des comptes et en remettant des appareils.
• Gérer le cycle de vie des comptes utilisateurs, les droits d'accès et les adhésions aux groupes, et maintenir l'inventaire du matériel.

**Your Qualifications:**

• Last year of a graduate degree (Bachelor or Master) in a related field, ideally looking for an end-of-studies internship.
• A first experience (internship, project or apprenticeship) in IT support is a plus; motivated candidates are welcome.
• Comfortable troubleshooting Windows and macOS; basics of Microsoft 365 administration are a plus.
• Exposure to MDM/endpoint tools (Intune or similar) is an asset, otherwise a genuine willingness to learn.
• Methodical, service-oriented, with a habit of clear documentation.
• Fluent English; working French is a strong plus.
• On-site in Paris; reliable and trustworthy (the role involves admin rights and account management).
