Senior Software Engineer

Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer, where you will be a core contributor on a small, high-ownership engineering team. You will work across the full stack, taking features from design to production, and being a reliable technical resource for the team. Your responsibilities will include building new features, designing and maintaining APIs, contributing to AI initiatives, participating in architecture decisions, reviewing code, and staying curious about new tools and approaches.

• Participer aux décisions d'architecture et aux discussions techniques, en apportant des idées et des suggestions pour améliorer le produit.
• Revoir le code et fournir des commentaires constructifs pour aider l'équipe à s'améliorer collectivement.

**What we are looking for:**

You have solid experience building production-grade applications, enough that you know what good looks like and why it matters. You are comfortable with ambiguity, can navigate a codebase that is still evolving, and take ownership without needing to be managed.

More specifically

• Strong command of **TypeScript**, **React**, **NestJS** and **GraphQL**. You know these well enough to have opinions about them.
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling (we use **PostgreSQL** via **Prisma**).
• Comfortable with **Docker**, **CI/CD**, and **automated testing** as part of your normal workflow, not as an afterthought.
• You write code for the next person who will read it, not just for today's deadline.
• **Fluent in English**, written and spoken. Our team and documentation are in English.

**Nice to have:**

• Experience with workflow automation tools (we use **n8n** extensively).
• Familiarity with LLM tooling or AI integration in production contexts.
• Experience in a startup or small team environment where you wore multiple hats.
