Talent Acquisition Specialist

Join Dedale, a fast-growing startup in the finance-adjacent industry, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will run the full recruitment cycle autonomously, source talent creatively, partner with hiring managers, and own Dedale's employer brand. You will also contribute to strategic HR projects on a global scale. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of recruitment experience, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and is fluent in English. • Gérer de manière autonome l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement, de la prise de brief à l'offre, pour tous les niveaux de seniorité et les domaines d'activité.
• Sourcer de manière proactive et créative sur le marché du talent, en utilisant des approches multicanaux et en construisant des pipelines de talents à long terme.
• Contribuer à l'exécution de projets RH stratégiques à l'échelle mondiale, y compris l'intégration, la gestion des talents, la formation et le développement.

• **This job is made for you if:**

• You have 3-4 years of recruitment experience, in-house or in a search firm (or you've seen both sides of the table)
• You are comfortable in startup/scale-up or finance-adjacent environments (fast pace, shifting priorities, high expectations)
• You are a genuine headhunter: outbound is your default. You know how to find people who aren't looking.
• You have managed 30+ requisitions per year, independently, across diverse profiles.
• As confident convincing a passive candidate as you are pushing back on an unrealistic hiring brief.
• You are reliable by default: candidates always get a response, managers always get an update, the pipeline is always clean.
• You have experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
