Customer Growth Manager

• Acquiring, onboarding, retaining, and growing SMB advertisers on Nextdoor's platform.
• Understanding customer objectives and developing tailored advertising solutions to meet their needs.
• Building trusted customer relationships that drive long-term revenue growth and increase adoption across Nextdoor’s advertising solutions.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
• Passion for building stronger communities and contributing to an inclusive team culture
• Understanding of digital media, platform-based advertising, and full-funnel marketing objectives
• Participate in in-person Nextdoor events such as trainings, off-sites, volunteer days, and team building exercises
• Proven track record driving revenue through customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
• Experience with CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn, Pathmatics, or similar)
• 4+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, account management, customer success, business development, or a related customer-facing role
• Experience working with SMB customers (local services, home services, retail, professional services, etc.) preferred
• Build in-person relationships with team members and contribute to Nextdoor’s company culture
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and presentation skills
