Integrations & Solutions Associate

Join Grubhub's Integrations & Solutions team as an Associate. In this cross-functional role, you'll support integration feature enhancement implementation, work with various teams, and help develop and implement Grubhub's technical strategy. You'll also analyze data to assist partners and build relationships across multiple teams. • Analyser les données pour aider les partenaires à comprendre quelles solutions fonctionneront avec leur technologie actuelle.
• Exposure to APIs, restaurant technology, or point-of-sale technology a plus
• Great interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication, and strong group facilitation skills. Good listener, capable of understanding complex technical issues, and translating them into an appropriate solution
• Interest in technical concepts and/or exposure to managing aspects of a larger project
• Strong documentation and organizational skills; willingness to learn process mapping and requirement gathering
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical, operational, consulting, or associate product management role (internships count!)
• Outstanding, positive attitude
• Familiarity with SQL a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work across different groups to solve problems and achieve results
• Proven ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
