Solutions Architect

Join our team as a Solutions Architect, where you will drive technical engagements with key customers, establish best practices, and build long-term strategic relationships. You will also play an active role in the open-source community and communicate with key users throughout the entire process of trial, testing, and delivering a full solution in production.

• Conduire des engagements techniques avec des clients clés pour fournir des solutions et des services techniques de qualité.
• Établir des motions répétables et des meilleures pratiques pour améliorer l'efficacité des projets clients.
• Jouer un rôle actif dans la communauté open-source en tant qu'expert technique communautaire.
• Coding experience in Python, Node.js, Go, or Java
• Experience with Open Source Milvus Vector Database is nice to have
• A team player who is optimistic, integral, responsible, good at communicating, and willing to help other colleagues
• Good understanding of the following areas: Cloud-native, Database, and Machine Learning
• A passionate learner and a powerful problem-solver with decisiveness
• Good understanding of open source and experience with an open-source community is ideal
• We hope you can adapt to a fast-changing environment (i.e. the different stages of a startup company)
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Over 5 years of experience in infrastructure software pre-sales, development, or consulting
