Product Management AD (Technology)

Join WK Financial Services, Inc. as a Product Management Associate Director (Technology). In this key leadership role, you will drive technology execution across a portfolio of enterprise SaaS solutions, partner closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership, and lead multiple development teams. You will report to the Director of Product Management and work under the leadership of the EVP & General Manager, FCC Compliance Solutions.

• Lead and manage multiple development teams to ensure high performance, engagement, and delivery outcomes.
• Translate product and business strategies into actionable technology roadmaps and execution plans, ensuring alignment between technology investments and product roadmap priorities.
• Drive adoption of modern development practices, including Agile, Lean, and Spec Driven Development (SDD), and lead initiatives to embed AI/ML capabilities into products and internal development workflows.
• Required Job Qualifications (5yr/minimum in Title/Role)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working within regulated industries (e.g., financial services, fintech) preferred
• Travel: Less than 25%/Per Business Demand
• Hands-on experience with modern development methodologies (Agile, Lean, DevOps)
• 10+ years of experience in software development, engineering leadership, or technology delivery
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering or cross-functional development teams in a manager role/title (direct reports 6-9 range)
• Proven experience delivering enterprise B2B SaaS products at scale
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and scalable systems design
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution across complex, matrixed organizations
• Experience with or exposure to AI/ML concepts and applications in product or engineering contexts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
