About The Role

Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer focused on building internal tools that enhance the efficiency of our business operations. In this high-leverage role, you will design and ship solutions that impact nearly every team in the company. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, build internal applications and dashboards, automate processes, and maintain data tooling. AI will be central to your work, and you will have the autonomy to make a significant impact on the company's productivity.

  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and SaaS platforms, and building automations and data flows between systems
  • A pragmatic, business-minded approach: you optimize for impact and time-to-value, and you communicate clearly with non-engineering stakeholders
  • Cloud and deployment fluency — you can stand up, deploy, and operate the services you build
  • Demonstrable AI experience: Hands-on experience building with AI — using AI coding tools in your daily workflow and integrating LLMs/AI APIs into the software you ship. You should be able to demonstrate this in our process (see below)
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production systems end-to-end
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ownership — you can take a loosely defined business problem and drive it to a shipped solution
  • Solid grounding in data: SQL, building pipelines, and modeling data for reporting and internal access
  • Strong full-stack ability: comfortable building both backend services/APIs and functional internal UIs and dashboards
  • Experience building internal tools or business systems at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Familiarity with identity, access management, or security tooling
  • Experience with low-code/internal-tool frameworks (e.g., Retool) alongside custom development
  • Exposure to common GTM and ops systems (CRM, billing, support, data warehouse)
