About The Role

You will partner with engineering leaders to translate company objectives into actionable software programs, improve planning and execution practices, and foster collaboration across geographies and technical domains. - Drive engineering excellence across the global software organization by creating lightweight, scalable processes for predictable project delivery.
- Lead end-to-end program management across software domains, coordinating delivery across distributed teams in multiple countries.
- Define metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track progress and program health, and develop playbooks and best practices for program management.
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality software on time
- Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and project toolchain integration
- Experience at companies with complex software/hardware integration
- 10+ years of experience as software engineer, engineering manager, or technical program manager, with the last 3 or more years as technical program manager in software development
- Strong understanding of software lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Educational background in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field
- Experience establishing scalable processes in fast-moving engineering organizations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority
- Proven track record managing distributed, multi-region engineering teams
- Familiarity with AI/ML, compiler/runtime, or kernel development
- Background in AI/ML infrastructure, semiconductor, or system software companies
- Knowledge of optimization for GPUs, NPUs, or custom ASICs
- Experience managing external dependencies or customer-driven timelines
- Experience scaling engineering teams at Series B/C stage startups
