Staff Technical Recruiter

Join d-Matrix as a Staff Technical Recruiter, where you will manage the full cycle recruiting process for multiple complex searches, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and collaborate closely with hiring managers. You will also drive the offer process, engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies, and maintain data integrity. • Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento de principio a fin para múltiples búsquedas complejas, creando estrategias de búsqueda innovadoras.
• Colaborar estrechamente con los gerentes de contratación a lo largo del proceso de reclutamiento para garantizar que se cumplan sus necesidades y objetivos de contratación.
• Facilitar y liderar reuniones y proyectos clave con grupos de clientes y con los equipos de reclutamiento, que mejorarán y escalarán continuamente nuestras operaciones y resultados de reclutamiento.
• The ideal candidate will have proven experience sourcing, recruiting and partnering with business stakeholders to hire top talent for d-Matrix
• Recruiting experience must include the following: Sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates - Candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience - Recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management and reporting techniques, and software collaboration tools - Creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams
• BA/BS + 8+ years of recruiting Hardware / Software Engineers (focus in ASIC, Design Verification, Validation, Analog Circuit etc.) (AI/ML, compilers, simulators, Workloads and Distributed Systems) with a search firm and in-house recruiting team
