Solution Engineer – US & UK Markets

Join Ringover as a Solution Engineer for the US and UK markets. In this newly created position, you will support sales expansion, act as a technical bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and ensure a seamless buying experience for complex deals. You will work closely with the Sales department and the broader sales organization, and report directly to the Director of Sales Services.

• Partner closely with Sales teams to support prospects throughout the pre-sales process, leading product demonstrations and technical deep-dives.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for complex opportunities, supervising and optimizing test accounts to deliver a seamless trial experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to align on features, roadmap, and client feedback, and contribute to webinars and sales enablement sessions.
