Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Social)

Join our mission-driven team as a Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Social). In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our paid social programs and developing a robust digital marketing strategy. You will manage paid media campaigns on Meta and TikTok, oversee creative assets, and analyze campaign performance. Additionally, you will recruit content creators and micro-influencers to drive demand for our at-home test kit business. • Lead the strategy for paid social media campaigns, including Meta and TikTok, and manage all aspects of campaign execution.
• Scale the TikTok program and identify key optimization and creative opportunities, while recruiting content creators and micro-influencers.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify key insights to determine opportunities, issues, and test opportunities.
• Some experience in influencer marketing as a growth channel and familiarity with sparking/white listing
• Comfort spinning up content to post on social is a plus
• Experience with organic social data tracking on platforms like Sprout Social, Dash Hudson etc
• Proven campaign management against CAC and ROAS targets with comfort and prior experience managing 7-figure paid media budgets
• 6+ years experience in paid social (Meta and Tiktok) campaign management with a strong technical foundation working in those platforms: tracking, optimizing, reporting etc
• Familiarity with influencer recruitment platforms like Aspire and the Tiktok creator marketplace
• Creative and analytical: creative concepting and asset creation are core areas of expertise, but you also are highly analytical and can whip up custom reports in Meta and identify performance trends
