About The Role
Join our team as the Director of Operations, where you will play a crucial role in managing and improving the company's day-to-day operations during a period of rapid growth. You will work closely with the COO and various teams to enhance coordination, drive accountability, and ensure effective operational processes. This hands-on role will involve overseeing critical functions such as IT, Information Security, Customer Success, Technical Support, Marketing Operations, Facilities, and legal and commercial processes. You will lead and support a growing operations team, establish efficient workflows, and drive organizational prioritization. This is a high-visibility opportunity for an experienced operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable processes that impact company performance.
- Oversee and improve the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring operational processes run effectively across the business.
- Lead and support a growing operations team, establishing the structure, workflows, and communication processes needed for teams to operate efficiently.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to improve operational execution, accountability, and organizational scale, using data and operational insights to identify opportunities.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting or owning operational processes related to RevOps, Sales Ops, commercial operations and commercial contract reviews
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong operational leadership experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- 7+ years of operations, business operations, revenue operations, or related operational leadership experience
- Experience leading operational improvements and scaling processes across teams
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure in evolving environments
- Prior experience managing teams and developing people leaders (this is not a first-time manager role)
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and operational judgment
- Proven ability to independently manage day-to-day operations while balancing strategic priorities
- Exposure to customer operations, support, or service delivery processes
- Experience supporting operational scale and process improvement across growing teams
- Experience working in technology companies (preferably AI, AdTech, FinTech or data services), SaaS environments, or operationally complex businesses
- Experience working in lean organizations with broad ownership and hands-on responsibilities
