Software Engineer (Full Stack, Process Execution)

• Contribuer à la construction et à la maintenance des fonctionnalités essentielles du moteur de workflow, des recettes et des essais, en travaillant sur l'ensemble de la pile technologique.
• Collaborer de manière transversale avec l'équipe des agents d'IA pour exposer le moteur de workflow et les produits construits dessus afin de permettre un travail scientifique assisté par l'IA.
• Participer activement à la révision de code, à l'écriture de code bien documenté et bien testé, et à l'engagement dans la rotation d'appel pour soutenir un produit utilisé par des équipes de sciences de la vie.
• Willingness to engage with AI-assisted development tools (Cloud agents, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent) as a primary mode of working
• Strong product sense with the ability to iterate based on user feedback and evolving requirements
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building and maintaining production systems
• Collaborative mindset — able to work closely with engineers, PMs, and cross-functional partners across a complex codebase
• Interest in learning about life sciences — prior biotech knowledge not required, but genuine curiosity is
• Full-stack experience — comfort working across backend (Python or similar) and frontend (React or equivalent)
