About The Role

Join our mission to enhance pilot safety as a Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will guide the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our advanced flight simulation solutions. You will own the full product lifecycle, serve as the primary product point of contact for external stakeholders, and work closely with various internal teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable work plans.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to guide the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of advanced flight simulation solutions.
Define and execute product initiatives across high-fidelity visual systems, ensuring offerings meet military standards and customer needs.
Own the full product lifecycle of simulation or synthetic data solutions, from concept to delivery, and serve as the primary product point of contact.
Proven success working with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver complex technical products
6+ years of product management experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with military training and simulation requirements (e.g., FAA Level D, Navy TCTS II, Army Synthetic Training Environment)
Experience across cloud and on-prem software as well as hardware products (ideally that utilized sensor technology
Experience with creating synthetic data environments for use in training AI/ML models for autonomous vehicle testing
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience with image generation systems, real-time graphics, or synthetic environments
