Chief of Staff

Join Snappr, a leading company in professional photography and AI-generated image creation, as the Chief of Staff. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the CEO and department heads, overseeing finance, strategic partnerships, M&A, and more. You will gain valuable insights into running a 300-person company and play a key role in shaping the company's future. This is not an EA-type role; you will be the right-hand of the CEO and take ownership of Snappr's growth.

• Serve as the link between the CEO and department heads, overseeing finance, strategic partnerships, M&A, and more.
• Map out and prioritize strategic business moves, including the company's Generative AI strategy, and develop and maintain KPIs and OKRs across all departments.
• Lead financial strategy and P&L management across the global organization, including strategic procurement and project management of key finance projects.
• At least 2 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm
• Massive work ethic and adaptability
• The ability to effectively represent the company in client interactions
