Implementation Analyst

Join MeridianLink as an Implementation Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in delivering seamless implementations and high-impact managed services for both new and existing customers. You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of client deployments, serve as a trusted advisor, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize outcomes and elevate the overall customer experience. This role requires a thorough understanding of MeridianLink's licensed software and its capabilities, as well as strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems.

• Ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of client deployments across MeridianLink’s software solutions, driving successful launches and ensuring adoption.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, optimize outcomes, and elevate the overall customer experience.
• Proactive identification of issues and facilitation of sensible resolutions before they become escalation items, while managing internal and external stakeholder communications.
• Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage different responsibilities/priorities at the same time
• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Requires moderate skill set and proficiency in the subject area
• Career-development professional within the subject area
• Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
• Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems
