Implementation Project Manager

Join MeridianLink as an Implementation Project Manager, where you will lead the end-to-end delivery of consumer/opening implementations for new and existing customers. You will be responsible for scheduling and leading implementation kickoffs, reviewing the scope of work, building project timelines, and holding customers accountable to agreed-upon timelines and deliverables. You will also coordinate with Implementation Analysts and provide regular project status updates to your Services Manager. • Lead the end-to-end delivery of MeridianLink Consumer/Opening implementations for new and existing customers, from kickoff through UAT and go-live.
• Schedule and lead the implementation kickoff, review the scope of work established by Sales, and build the project timeline.
• Evaluate project risk and hold the customer accountable to agreed-upon timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage different responsibilities/priorities at the same time
• Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
• Career-development professional within the subject area
• Ability to lead critical conversations with customers and maintain executive presence when engaging senior stakeholders
• The role will support seasoned peers and management on difficult to complex aspects of the position
• Experience with Smartsheet, JIRA, and Claude is a plus
• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
