About The Role

Join MeridianLink, a leading provider of digital lending solutions. As a UX Designer, you will design user experiences for B2B enterprise users in the financial industry, impacting end consumers. You will collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering, communicate design rationale, and work within an established design system. This role requires strong ownership across the full design lifecycle and a passion for creating intuitive digital experiences in the financial services and lending space.

This role requires strong ownership across the full design lifecycle—from problem framing through final specifications—while working within product constraints and evolving patterns within our design system
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in enterprise (B2B) or complex products
Experience in B2B or B2B2C environments with complex workflows
Values data-informed decision making and user validation
Systems thinker who can work within and evolve design systems
Strong experience working within design systems at scale
Experience or familiarity with user research and usability testing methods
Ability to deliver high-quality responsive web experiences
Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive projects forward
Collaborative partner across Product and Engineering teams
Curiosity and comfort with AI and emerging design tools
Expert proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping)
Experience designing responsive web applications across desktop and mobile breakpoints grounded in a mobile first mindset
Comfort using AI tools as part of the design workflow
