Principal Delivery

Join League, a leading health technology company, as a Principal Delivery. In this role, you will be accountable for meeting customer deliverables, managing client implementations, and leading internal initiatives. You will drive disciplined execution through consistent methodologies and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, delivery, and/or consulting, with a strong focus on client management and program management.

• As Principal Delivery, you will be accountable for meeting customer deliverables as per contractual agreements, driving disciplined execution through consistent methodologies, and managing multiple client implementations simultaneously.
• You will lead the organization and deployment of League resources for implementation, oversee the production of deliverables, and ensure a seamless delivery of League products to clients.
• You will develop and manage a high-performing team by providing direction and guidance, coaching and developing staff, and leading key internal initiatives to drive efficiencies and best practices.
• Experience with project management software and tools
• Strong business and technical acumen, and executive presence, combined with deep analytical and organizational skills
• Confident, capable, enthusiastic self-starter with minimal need for direction
• Proven track record of strong client management and customer service skills
• Prior engagement management and/or team management experience serving as the primary interface with senior client executive sponsors
• Experience at a SaaS, health-tech company, and/or start-up company highly preferred
• Minimum 10 years in healthcare management, delivery and/or consulting experience
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, build credibility and engender trust across all levels of an organization
• 10+ years of client management and/or program management required
• Strong leadership skills and a drive to make a large impact on the company and its clients
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
• Results-oriented individual with a history of setting and attaining goals and meeting aggressive timelines
• Curiosity and openness to experimenting with new technologies
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a practical, responsible way
• Ability to balance efficiency with quality and sound judgment
