About The Role

Join League, a leading digital health platform, as a Senior Software Delivery Program Manager. In this role, you will manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, facilitating efficient product implementation and customer onboarding. You will act as a primary liaison between our customers and League's cross-functional teams, managing both technical and non-technical discussions. You will be accountable for creating and managing project plans, status reports, and risk and issue logs, and will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure successful implementation.

Proactively and strategically manage new customer implementations, creating end-to-end project plans, facilitating the execution of deliverables, and keeping stakeholders informed of status and risks.
Act as a primary liaison between the customer and League's cross-functional teams, managing both technical and non-technical discussions, and overseeing the resolution of issues and risks.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team during a project to inform various stakeholders of upcoming tasks, project status, and escalating issues when necessary.
5+ years of project management experience preferred
3-5 years experience in a high-performance implementation capacity
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience in the healthcare, consumer applications or technology required
