About The Role
Join our team as an Engineering Project Manager, where you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our products and redefining maritime superiority. You will support engineering execution by building and maintaining schedules, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field is required, along with 1-4 years of project management experience in an engineering or technical environment.
- Support engineering execution by building and maintaining schedules, leading cross-functional teams, and driving alignment.
- Build and maintain project schedules and timelines using standard project management tools, and develop infrastructure for project execution.
- Ensure clear project alignment and communication across leadership, stakeholders, and staff, and lead recurring meetings to track progress.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 1-4 years of project management experience in an engineering or technical environment
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Basic understanding and familiarity of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Gantt charts, scheduling software, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools)
- Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages)
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
