Enterprise Technology Intern (AI and Automation, Fall 2026)

Join Saronic, a rapidly growing defense technology company, as an Enterprise Technology Intern. In this role, you will work directly with business system analysts and developers to design, build, and implement AI agents and automations. You will gain valuable experience in how AI and production business systems come together in a real-world setting. This internship is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field.

• Contribuir al diseño, construcción y envío de agentes de IA, automatizaciones y marcos que mejoren la eficiencia del software.
• Ayudar al equipo a escribir especificaciones claras y estructuradas que sirvan de base para la validación de la implementación generada.
• Identificar casos de uso de alto valor, prototipar agentes y copilotos que eliminen el trabajo manual y ayudar a los equipos a implementarlos.
• This internship is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field with an interest in agentic AI, and eager to make an impact in the defense technology industry
• Clear written communication and the ability to document your work
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A genuine interest in agentic AI and some hands-on exposure to LLMs - prompting, tool and function calling, or building against an LLM API
• Working understanding of APIs (REST/JSON) and how software systems integrate
• This role requires full-time in-office presence (40 hours/week) based at our headquarters in Austin, TX, from August through December
• Solid programming fundamentals, and comfort reading and writing code
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field
