About The Role

Join Saronic, a rapidly growing defense technology company, as an Enterprise Technology Intern. In this role, you will work directly with our team of analysts and developers to deliver critical functionality on our SaaS platforms. You will gain valuable experience in how production business systems work and have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting. This internship is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid programming fundamentals (any language), and comfort reading and writing code
  • This role requires full-time in-office presence (40 hours/week) based at our headquarters in Austin, TX, from August through December
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field
  • Clear written communication and the ability to document your work
  • Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
  • Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports
  • Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages)
  • Occasional standing and walking within the office
