About The Role
Join our team as a People Project Manager, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating large-scale projects within the People organization and across the company. Your primary responsibilities will include project planning and execution, team coordination, resource management, risk management, budget tracking, reporting and documentation, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of project management experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Coordination of large-scale projects within the People organization and with other teams across the company.
- Assisting in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and developing and maintaining project schedules.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, managing project resources, and tracking project budgets.
- Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, or a related field
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required
- Experience working in cross-functional teams is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 3-7 years of project management experience
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Gantt charts, scheduling software)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
- Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies
- Occasional standing and walking within the office
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages)
- Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports
- If this role is based in the United States, it requires access to export-controlled information or items that require “U.S. Person” status.
