Recruiter

Join Saronic, a leading company in the manufacturing industry, as a skilled Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and assessing top talent for various positions within the company. You will work closely with Hiring Managers, create and maintain a high volume of active candidates, and ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

• Identifying, attracting, and assessing top talent for positions at Saronic, particularly in the manufacturing industry.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Managers, partnering on everything from writing job descriptions to sourcing and closing candidates.
• Creating and maintaining a high volume of active and in-process candidates while developing creative talent attraction strategies.
• 2+ years of in-house or agency full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment
