Senior Cost Accountant

Join Saronic, a rapidly growing company, as a Senior Cost Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for product costing, manufacturing analysis, and inventory valuation. You will work closely with the production team to ensure accurate inventory transactions and valuation. Additionally, you will analyze variances, assist with month-end close, and prepare financial analysis related to manufacturing costs and inventory. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 3-5 years of accounting experience, and strong Excel skills.

• Extremely strong Excel skills, especially advanced financial modeling and analytical techniques
• Ability to solve problems as they arise
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CMA or CPA a plus
• 3-5 years of accounting experience preferred; experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Deadline driven and an ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong grasp of accounting principles (GAAP), practices and procedures; knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory management practices
• Ability to streamline and automate complex processes
• NetSuite experience (preferred) or other accounting ERP experience
